Installation and your existing data
Run a newer installer over an installed copy to update it. Accounts, encrypted passwords, signatures, settings, cache and Outbox remain in %APPDATA%\AdvantaMail\ during upgrades and uninstalls.

Mail as it arrives
IMAP IDLE brings new messages in moments. Scheduled and on-demand synchronisation keeps folders, flags and read state aligned across your devices.
Offline does not stop you
Write and send while disconnected. Your Outbox queues messages safely, retries temporary failures and sends automatically when the connection returns.
Passwords stay protected
Mailbox passwords are encrypted with Windows DPAPI. Message bodies are fetched from your mail server when opened rather than stored in the local cache.
Addresses that find you
Predictive addressing learns from your mail. Search, edit and organise your address book, with frequently and recently contacted people first.
